In addition, since March 2015, USCG has started to give awards to vessels, operators, and flag states that meet QUALSHIP 21, respectively. - COMMENDATION OF PORT STATE CONTROL PERFORMANCE by LISCR. The LISCR examined the records and declared that vessels have had zero Port State Control detentions over the past two years.
