Note following key points:

– The Vessel was built with high-quality makers under the qualified and strict supervision of the Sellers.

– The vessel was only chartered out to top-class charterers since her delivery.

– The vessel has performed at the highest level with minimal downtime since her delivery.

– The vessel will have passed her 2nd Special Survey at the time of delivery.

– The due date for the Vessel’s compliance with the upcoming EEXI regulations has been extended by the Sellers until the Vessel’s
first annual survey coming after the completion of her 2nd Special Survey (i.e. January 2024) by renewing the Vessel’s IAPP Certificate on 25 November 2022, therefore the Vessel will not have any speed restrictions until her EPL installation (which can be
carried out at berth).

* The required parts for the electronic EPL modification to get the Vessel compliant with the new EEXI regulations have already been ordered by the Sellers, and the order shall be taken over by the Buyers at the price of the actual order (transportation cost will be incurred separately).
